About the Sessions

The Calming Meditation is either a silent meditation with intermittent guidance or a fully guided meditation. Using the breath, words, visualization, sounds or single-pointed focus, the intent here is to settle our nervous system and mind chatter. Daily life is filled with many stresses and until we can calm ourselves, we are unable to allow the natural flow of energy to move through us, and we are unable to hear our insight and intuition.


The Clearing Meditation is a guided meditation with intermittent periods of silence or chanting that focuses on clearing the mind, body and soul of negativity and blocks. When we are not fully open to the life force, the chi, we are unable to function mentally, physically, spiritually or emotionally at optimal levels.


The Connecting Meditation is a guided meditation with intermittent periods of silence or chanting that connects us to ourselves and to the higher source, the benevolent and creative source energy that is us and everything.


Intuitive Insights are messages meant for your spiritual growth and for your greater good that I receive during the meditations and share after each meditation. From my experience and wisdom gained from years of meditation and from my openness to life and to the higher source, I am able to act as a conduit for these messages.


Each of the three meditation are approximately 15 minutes in length for both the Individual Meditative Intuitive Sessions and for the Group Meditative Intuitive Sessions. The three Intuitive Insights are approximately 10 minutes in length for the Individual Meditative Intuitive Sessions and 15 minutes in length for the Group Meditative Intuitive Sessions.
